The need to communicate and exchange feelings and thoughts is innate in us. We begin to communicate in the first minute of our lifes.
Especially in the first years of our life our well-being depends on others receiving what we expressed in the right way.
Of course the ways and means of communication change when we grow up, but this remains an important basis for all activities in life. However, going along we have acquired certain patterns of conduct which can lead to trouble in everyday life. Talk is silver, silence is golden? Often enough we regret having accepted things and not spoken up. And all of us have experienced situations where what was said was not received the way it was intended. Frequently this is the cause for conflicts and upsets. For this reason Communication Training is a central part of what we offer.
